There are conditions that we do not treat. We suggest that based on your condition, visit an Urgent care center or a clinic for an in-person consultation, see your primary care physician (PCP) or go to an emergency room (ER).
For serious or life-threatening conditions please call 911.
Here are a few example of conditions that we do not treat, and for which we suggest an in-person visit:
1.Children less than four years of age with a fever or high temperature
2.Ear infections that need antibiotics
3.Emergency room situations such as severe bleeding, heart attack, suicidal thoughts, severe cuts or burns,
4.Urinary tract infections (UTIs) in females or males
5.Conditions involving hallucination or active delusions
6.Conditions that require ADHD prescriptions or therapeutic stimulants
7.Chest pain or numbness
8.Traumatic spinal cord or brain injury
9.Coughing or vomiting blood
10.Bone fractures
11.Loss of consciousness

We also do not prescribe several medications, including, but not limited to the following:
1.DEA controlled medication (see https://www.dea.gov/drug-scheduling) especially those that have no currently accepted medical use, have a high potential for abuse, are classified as being dangerous or can potentially lead to severe psychological or physical dependence.
2.Medical marijuana
3.Erectile dysfunction medications
4.Some anti-viral medications
5.Medicines to treat ADHD, sleep disorders, or hallucinations
6.Weight loss medications
7.Detox medications for example methadone or suboxone,
8.Stimulants
9.Muscle relaxants or such as pseudoephedrine.
